SF Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich
The sf fried chicken sandwich is made with the cleanest chicken breast you can buy. what do we mean by clean? This is whole muscle breast meat from poultry stock raised in a cage free environment that has never been given antibiotics, growth hormones or steroids. The chicken is breaded with a spicy flour and cornmeal mixture, it is quickly fried to just set the breading then finished in the oven so it doesn't absorb as much fat as traditional fried chicken. We serve our delicious spicy chicken on our buttery brioche bun garnished with sriracha aioli, pickled red onions and butter lettuce. It is served with a side of potato chips.
